We are very efficient with our funds. Administrative costs constitute less than 10% of the overall budget. We believe in spending money on the main cause – our talented individuals.  Each student’s study abroad costs GBE Foundation roughly $9,000 per year: 

  • $7,500 in student agency and government fees
  • $1,200 in airline tickets 
  • $300 visa and admin fees
  • Note: remaining key costs (room & board) are covered by a U.S. host family selected by a partnership student agency and local school with the assistance of GBE Foundation
